Who We Are

Precision Welding Academy LLC (“PWA”) was founded by welders, professional educators, and business professionals to meet the needs of employers seeking top-quality, precision welders. So what is different about us?

  • We strive for a 15:1 student to teacher ratio. This means you will receive more individual attention.

  • Day school is 8 hours a day, 5 days a week—just like a full-time job. This allows you to develop welding skills faster than at most other schools. We also offer more flexible options with part-time afternoon & night shifts.

  • Our instructors are skilled at teaching to your needs so no time is wasted.

  • Upon successful completion of advanced welding programs, you may be eligible to take an AWS certification test to become a certified welder.

  • PWA is dedicated to providing quality welders for the continued job growth across the United States. The U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics reports welding jobs are expected to grow to 427,300 by 2026.
